You can report as many addresses as you have previously or are currently residing at. We can backdate rental payment history for up to 24 months, so you can include past rent payments for those addresses as well.

What is your refund policy ?

We only report positive rent payment history, so missing a few payments won’t affect your eligibility for our service. Our focus is on showcasing your reliable payment record to support you.

When you cancel your membership, we will stop reporting your rent payments to all three credit bureaus. You may see a decline in your credit score, which could vary depending on whether you had one or multiple rental addresses reported. Since several factors influence your credit score, we can’t specify the exact amount it might drop.
Will reporting my rent payments negatively impact my credit score ?
No, rent reporting won’t decrease your credit score. In fact, it can actually help improve your score by demonstrating your positive payment history. We only report your on-time rent payments, which can be a great way to build and boost your credit.
How long does it take for my rent payments to be reported to all three credit bureaus ?
We verify customer data within 48 hours, though it may take the credit bureaus longer to update the information on your credit report. We recommend waiting up to 30 days to see the changes reflected on your report.
What is the minimum payout threshold for affiliates?
The minimum payout threshold for our affiliate program is $50. Affiliates need to accumulate at least $50 in commissions before they can request a payout.
What are the payout terms and how often are payouts processed?
Payouts are processed on a net 15 basis, meaning affiliates will receive their payments 15 days after the end of the month in which they earned the commission.
How long is the cookie duration for tracking referrals?
The cookie duration is 60 days. This means that if a visitor you referred makes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn a commission on that sale.
How will payouts be made to affiliates?
Payouts will be made through PayPal. Ensure that your PayPal account is properly set up and linked to your affiliate account to receive your earnings.
